Collection and Processing of Objections and Appeals for Parking Violations

Collection and Recovery of Parking Violations: Processing and collection of additional tax assessments (NHA) issued by the Municipality of Breda for Dutch (approx. 110,000 per year), Belgian (approx. 11,000 per year), German (approx. 1,500 per year), and other foreign (approx. 5,000 per year) license plates. This includes handling approximately 27,755 objections and approximately 88 appeal cases per year (2024 indication). Services also comprise the creation and dispatch of NHA in collaboration with the municipality, provision of information on objection possibilities (text and QR code), customer-friendly and de-escalating communication, preparation of periodic reports, and proactive communication regarding new developments in legislation and international collection opportunities. The framework agreement has a duration of 2 years from February 1, 2027, with an option for two extensions of 1 year each. The maximum contract value is €995,000.00 including extension options; there is no purchase obligation for the client.
