Social support and facility management for the 't Koetshuis reception center in Bavel: Social support includes assisting residents for a safe, livable, and stable stay, promoting self-reliance and participation, daily on-site presence and availability, resident guidance, identifying support needs and risks, promoting quality of life, collaboration with relevant partners, and reporting to the municipality of Breda. Facility management includes caretaker services with a minimum deployment of 0.5 FTE, an on-site facility contact point, room and key management, rent administration, reporting and coordination of daily and minor maintenance, handling facility reports and disruptions, and cleaning services for an indicative area of approximately 765 m².
