Interior finishing for the creation of new, modern, and partially barrier-free shower rooms in a three-story existing building of the dormitory of the Radeberg Vocational School Center: 10 m² additions of interior plaster; 48 m² bound screed, 48 m² EPS impact sound insulation, 48 m² cement screed CT-C40-F7; 100 m² wall and floor primers, 36 m² thin-bed mortar with composite decoupling, 50 m² sheet waterproofing including molded parts, 12.5 m² porcelain stoneware floor tiles 60 x 60 cm and 15 x 15 cm, 17 m skirting tiles, 87 m² earthenware wall tiles 30 x 60 cm, 4 crystal mirrors; 36 m² sheet waterproofing including molded parts, 30 m² vinyl flooring, 54 m hard foam skirting profiles; 127 m² masking for protection, fleece and foil, 97 m² primers, 20 m² Q3 spackling, 86 m² spackling plaster on old plaster, 88 m² painter's fleece plus reveals, 88 m² NAK2 silicate paint; 47 m² primer, Q3 spackling, painter's fleece and NAK 2 silicate paint for ceilings; rough and fine construction cleaning. Execution period: 09.11.-17.12.2026. The circle of participants has already been determined.
