Construction and planning services for the general refurbishment of an existing building as a partial general contractor for interior fit-out: site setup, interior scaffolding and work platforms, dismantling and clearing, masonry, drywall works, illuminated ceilings, locksmith works, interior plaster, screed works, interior doors, painting works, parquet works, natural stone works, and tiling works, as well as maintenance services. The general refurbishment must be completed simultaneously with an extension building. High coordination and cooperation with parallel trades (HVAC, electrical, window works, roof sealing works, natural stone facade, and overall construction logistics) are required; the contractor is not liable for coordination success in the sense of faultless liability.
