Technical Building Equipment Supervision for General Refurbishment and Extension of a Main Building

Technical Building Equipment (TGA) specialist planning services: for service phases LPH 5 (partial services) and LPH 8 according to § 55 HOAI 2023 in addition to Annex 15, within the general refurbishment of a main building and services in the transition area to an extension building. The estimated eligible costs for cost group 400 according to DIN 276 amount to approximately 8,299,195.80 Euro net. The services require close coordination with the building supervision for the existing building, the general planner for the extension, project control, and project management. The basis includes existing documentation, descriptions of measures, planning documents, tenders or existing contracts for the executing trades, color-coded overview plans, and a BIM model of the existing building. The services are limited to individual measures marked with "TGA-Planung". A digital building scan will be provided after contract award; further details as per the tender documents.
