Interior Plaster and Base Plaster for New German Heart Center of Charité (DHZC)
Plastering work for the new building of the German Heart Center of Charité (DHZC) including Central Sterile Supply Department (ZSVA) and Central Emergency Room (ZNA) at Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK): approx. 21,000 m² plastering surface. The new building comprises approx. 29,800 m² usable area, approx. 75,600 m² gross floor area, and approx. 355,000 m³ gross volume, distributed over 16 upper floors and 2 basements. A sustainability certification according to DGNB at "Gold" level is aimed for. Requirements according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG) apply.
