Early Interior Works for New German Heart Center Charité
Early interior works for the new German Heart Center Charité (DHZC) including Central Emergency Room (ZNA) and Central Sterile Supply Department (ZSVA) at Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK): waterproofing works 2,850 m², screed works 4,400 m², interior plastering works 7,400 m², wall and ceiling coating 23,300 m², interior insulation 1,000 m², floor coating 10,600 m², and 300 construction doors. The new building comprises approximately 29,800 m² usable area, approximately 75,600 m² gross floor area, and approximately 355,000 m³ gross volume, spread over 16 upper floors and 2 basement floors, with a helicopter landing pad on the roof. Sustainability certification according to DGNB at "Gold" level is aimed for. Requirements according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG) apply.
