Internal Renovation of Service Building for Kylmäluoma Campsite

Internal renovation of the service building at Kylmäluoma Campsite, Pajuluomantie 20, 93540 Tyrövaara: Renewal of all domestic water pipes, water fixtures, floor surfaces, wall and ceiling surfaces in saunas and washrooms, as well as some windows and interior doors. Renewal of lighting, sauna heaters with control centers, floor thermostats, and heating radiators. The contract is a total contract at a fixed price, following the general contract terms YSE 1998 (RT 16–10660). Construction starts on 05.10.2026, with a duration of approximately 8 weeks, to be completed by 03.12.2026. A site visit is required before submitting a bid.
