Interior Carpentry Work for Söderblom Gymnasium

Interior carpentry work for the Söderblom Gymnasium in Espelkamp: approx. 570 m² hardboard wall protection panels, approx. 30 linear meters oak HPL window sills, approx. 100 linear meters oak HPL gym floor protection boards, and approx. 60 linear meters cloakroom benches with hook strips. Proof of wood from sustainable sourcing is required. No planning services are requested. Execution is until November 26, 2027. Alternative bids and submission of multiple main bids are not permitted. The award criterion is price (100%). Payment is according to VOB/B. Bidding consortia are jointly and severally liable with an authorized representative. Proof of suitability requires either an entry in the prequalification register or the following documents: certificate of good standing from the collective bargaining social fund (not older than 12 months), certificate from the professional association/insurance provider (not older than 12 months), tax clearance certificate from the tax office (not older than 12 months), valid exemption certificate according to § 48b EStG. Furthermore, a self-declaration on the average annual workforce for the last three calendar years (2023-2025) and on the average annual turnover of at least €114,400 net over the last three completed business years (2023-2025). A commercial register extract or trade registration, as well as an entry in the craft register or professional register or with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, must be submitted. At least three references for comparable services from the last five completed calendar years must be provided.
