Painting and thermal insulation composite system (WDVS) for Gymnasium Söderblom in Espelkamp: approx. 175 m² WDVS plinth area, approx. 22 m² WDVS mineral wool waste room, approx. 900 linear meters permanently elastic sealing, approx. 180 m² concrete ceiling paint, approx. 52 m² plasterboard ceiling paint, approx. 100 m² cement board ceiling paint wet room, approx. 40 m² cement board ceiling paint outdoor area, approx. 1,560 m² concrete protective coating walls, approx. 200 m² wall paint plaster and exposed masonry (partially with fleece spackling), approx. 90 m² 2K-PUR floor paint, approx. 18 units steel frame painting. Execution until 15.10.2027. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. The award criterion is price (100%). Qualification requirements: entry in the pre-qualification register or certificate of good standing from the social insurance fund (not older than 12 months), certificate from the professional association (not older than 12 months), tax clearance certificate from the tax office (not older than 12 months), valid exemption certificate according to § 48b EStG, proof of average annual staff for the last three calendar years (2023-2025), average annual turnover of at least 155,797 € net over the last 3 financial years (2023-2025), turnover from the last 3 financial years (2023-2025), commercial register extract or business registration/entry in the craft register/professional register/Chamber of Industry and Commerce, at least three references for comparable services from the last five calendar years.
