Innovation partnership for development and acquisition of a control system for the Integrated Control Center Saarland

Innovation partnership (§ 19 VgV) for the development and acquisition of a new control system for the Integrated Control Center Saarland: replacement of the existing system solution; the system is to incorporate proven core functions and innovative components, which will be jointly developed, tested, and integrated into productive control center operations. The future control system is designed as a central, integrated, resilient, and future-proof work, information, and control system, supporting the control center in regular operations, special situations, crises, and future forms of digital networking. It combines classic control center processes with new capabilities in situation awareness, process control, knowledge management, quality management, interoperability, data integration, and decision support. The contractor contributes technical and professional skills in pioneering software development, while the Zweckverband für Rettungsdienst und Feuerwehralarmierung Saar (ZRF Saar) provides long-standing practical experience in control center operations, a framework for practical testing, and a clearly defined requirements profile. The goal is the development of a marketable product and its economically advantageous acquisition by the ZRF.
