Design documentation, construction works, and implementation of an energy management system: Preparation of design, technical, and executive documentation, cost estimates with bills of quantities, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, obtaining building permits or notifications, preparing a construction schedule for approval, carrying out construction works based on approved documentation and permits, and implementing a system for energy management, monitoring, production and distribution management, optimization, integration of measurement systems, reporting, and data analysis.
