Installation, Maintenance, and Repair of Camera Surveillance Systems for HUS Facilities

Installation, maintenance, and repair of camera surveillance systems: Services are to be provided in hospitals and other facilities within the HUS Group's operating area, particularly in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo, and Raasepori, and to a lesser extent in other locations. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area, unless fewer accepted offers are received. The contract period is two (2) years with an option for one (1) extension of two (2) years. For procurements/contracts above the national threshold, a mini-tender (project-specific contract) will always be conducted for the contractors selected in the framework agreement. Prices in the mini-tender must not exceed the agreed contract prices, but lower prices can be offered. For procurements below the national threshold (individual work orders), the client can select the most suitable contractor, using the contractor's offered prices. The contracting authority also has the right to conduct mini-tenders for procurements below the threshold. The quantity of services to be purchased during the contract period and the locations may vary. The client is not committed to specific procurement quantities. It is also possible to procure other products, rental equipment and machinery, or specialized expertise related to the subject of the procurement from the contract suppliers. The pricing for other products, rental equipment and machinery, or specialized expertise must follow the same principle as the prices stated in the offer. The HUS Group has hospital properties, including leased hospitals, with a total gross floor area of approximately 1,300,000 brm². Due to the large property mass, no site visits are organized; sites will be inspected with the supplier upon order.
