Repair of Harakka Pier

Major repair of the old traffic pier on Harakka Island: includes all associated works and procurements up to full completion according to the contract documents. A repair plan must be prepared by the contractor and approved by the client. Works must be completed and accepted by August 1, 2027. The contract is awarded as an ST general performance contract, with the contractor acting as the general contractor responsible for site management and services, including separate contracts and procurements by the developer. The work will be executed as a lump-sum contract on a low-emission construction site.
