The SR contract covers plot 29176/5 (Heka Lassila Hopeatie 14-16 ER), plot 29175/6 (parking), and demolition planning and works. Planning can commence after signing a preliminary agreement; construction work is estimated to start 10/2027, no later than 12/2027.
