Refurbishment of Equipment Foundations and Tables for 110 kV Open Switchgear Substation Severni Rodopi

Reconstruction of the 110 kV open switchgear unit at the "Severni Rodopi" 110/20 kV substation: construction of concrete road approaches for all fields, with reinforced concrete service paths 1.0 m to 1.50 m wide; installation of portal structures as a metal construction for lifting the suspensions of the busbar system along axes A and E, including an alkyd-based anti-corrosion system; establishment of an earthing and lightning protection installation for all fields to connect new metal structures (tables) for equipment mounting to the existing earthing system; demolition of reinforced concrete tables, metal stands, foundations, and concrete pavements for circuit breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, and disconnectors in one 110 kV output field "Reserve"; demolition of reinforced concrete tables, metal stands and fences, foundations, and concrete pavements for circuit breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, and disconnectors in two 110 kV output fields "Prespa" and "Chaya", laying of HDPE double-layer corrugated pipes with UVBA protection from the main cable channel to the tables for electrical equipment, delivery and installation of 2 pcs. steel tables combined for current and voltage transformers, 2 pcs. steel tables for disconnectors (linear mounting), 2 pcs. steel tables combined for disconnectors (parallel mounting) and voltage transformers, and construction of 18 pcs. single reinforced concrete foundations for steel tables; demolition of reinforced concrete tables, metal stands and fences, foundations, and concrete pavements for circuit breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, and disconnectors in one 110 kV output field "Manastir", laying of HDPE double-layer corrugated pipes with UVBA protection from the main cable channel to the tables for electrical equipment, installation of 1 pc. existing steel table for HF capacitor, delivery and installation of 1 pc. steel table combined for current and voltage transformers, 1 pc. steel table for disconnector (linear mounting), 1 pc. steel table combined for disconnector (parallel mounting) and voltage transformers, and construction of 10 pcs. single reinforced concrete foundations for steel tables; demolition of reinforced concrete tables, metal stands and fences, foundations, and concrete pavements for circuit breakers, current transformers, and disconnectors in two transformer fields "Trafo 1" and "Trafo 2", laying of HDPE double-layer corrugated pipes with UVBA protection from the main cable channel to the tables for electrical equipment, delivery and installation of 2 pcs. steel tables for disconnectors (linear mounting), 2 pcs. steel tables for voltage transformers, 2 pcs. steel tables for current transformers, and construction of 18 pcs. single reinforced concrete foundations for steel tables; demolition of reinforced concrete table, metal stands, foundations, and concrete pavements for disconnector in one 110 kV disconnector sectioning field, laying of HDPE double-layer corrugated pipes with UVBA protection from the main cable channel to the tables for electrical equipment, delivery and installation of 1 pc. steel table for disconnector (parallel mounting), and construction of 2 pcs. single reinforced concrete foundations for steel table; demolition of reinforced concrete foundation, steel stand and fence for Petersen coil in one Petersen coil field, laying of HDPE double-layer corrugated pipes with UVBA protection from the main cable channel to the electrical equipment, installation of steel stand and fence for coil, and construction of 1 pc. reinforced concrete foundation; restoration of cable channels damaged during the technological execution of equipment tables, including connection of cable trays to the existing earthing network of the 110 kV open switchgear unit for all fields. The new structures for mounting electrical equipment will be executed according to an investment project and type project ES.SK.001-03.
