Cleaning of the Easement for the 110 kV Manastir Overhead Line

Cleaning of the easement for the 110 kV Manastir overhead line: Removal of trees, shrubs, and branches in forest and non-forest areas along the 110 kV Manastir overhead line, which is part of the Bulgarian transmission network. The service includes removing and pruning trees, shrubs, and branches, transporting the cut wood mass to the left and/or right boundary of the easement to clear the strip between the outer conductors, and felling and transporting wood to a temporary storage (timber harvesting). The overhead line was commissioned in 2003, connects the Ardin, mobile Banite, and Northern Rhodopes substations, and is serviced by MER Plovdiv, Smolyan department, in the section from pole No. 29 to the Northern Rhodopes substation. The route passes through mountainous or rugged terrain, partly without roads, making access with machinery difficult. The cleaning is carried out in accordance with Art. 765 of the NTEEZM and Ordinance No. 16 of 2004 on easements for energy facilities, as well as the requirements of the Forest Law.
