Shell construction works: Renovation of an exterior staircase (18 steps), sealing of 18 linear meters of wall connections for the in-situ concrete staircase, cleaning of 25 m² of soiled concrete walls, new installation of 18 pre-cast concrete steps in a mortar bed, sealing and closing of cracks in in-situ concrete floors and concrete floors (25 m), removal of 30 m² of damaged concrete parts on walls and floors, derusting of reinforcement and double corrosion coating (partially small areas), pressure injection of a mineral bonding slurry into damp breakout areas, reprofiling of breakout areas with polymer-modified one-component cement mortar (maximum grain size 2mm) as PCC concrete substitute, and final painting treatment of renovated wall surfaces.
