Repair of engineering structures: Renewal of joint cover Fug 6 (33 m for BW 1, 60 m for BW 4, 20 m for BW 6, 4 m for BW 9); removal of open-pored concrete facing (233 m² for BW 2Ü1, 19 m² for BW 10); installation of highly absorbent aluminum facing shell (233 m² for BW 2Ü1, 19 m² for BW 10); installation of aluminum cover for noise barrier (LSW) (115 m for BW 2Ü1); repair of joint mortar for natural stone facing (115 m² for BW 2Ü1); renewal of edge and expansion profiles of steel bridge expansion joints (FÜK) according to Übe 1 with new hybrid edge profiles (56 m for BW 4, 40 m for BW 6); renewal of bridge waterproofing (seal + protective layer) in the FÜK area (2 m² for BW 4, 2 m² for BW 6, 56 m² for BW 9); production of polymer concrete on both sides of the FÜK (14 m² for BW 4, 11 m² for BW 6); renewal of one transversely fixed elastomer bearing (Nsd = 3.82 MN, Hsd = 0.48 MN) with bearing pedestal (1 pc for BW 6); renewal of two all-direction movable elastomer bearings (Nsd = 3.9 MN) with bearing pedestal (2 pcs for BW 6); complete renewal of a steel FÜK in the roadway and cap area with a total expansion path of 170 mm as a noise-reduced version (41 m for BW 9).
