Renovation of rooms at UZOB Semkovo of TU Sofia: Removal of linoleum, including base cleaning (241.45 m²), removal of faience tile cladding on WC and bathroom walls, including base cleaning (13.00 m²), removal of ceramic tile flooring in WC and bathroom, including base cleaning (2.10 m²), plasterboard on ceiling structure, including plastering (40.10 m²), construction of plasterboard box 30/20 cm for conduits (2.50 linear meters), thermal insulation with 5 cm EPS (Styrofoam) and plastering with PVC mesh internally on facade wall (18.30 m²), cement screed up to 2.5 cm thick, including base preparation and priming (273.45 m²), delivery and installation of laminate flooring, including underlay (241.45 m²), delivery and installation of laminate flooring skirting boards, including corners, caps, joints (244.09 linear meters), laying of faience cladding on WC and bathroom walls, including base preparation and priming/waterproofing (13.00 m²), laying of terracotta flooring in WC and bathroom, including base preparation and priming/waterproofing (2.10 m²), wall plastering, including base preparation and priming (813.90 m²), ceiling plastering, including base preparation and priming (258.75 m²), two-coat latex painting, including priming (1,131.00 m²), replacement of door with frame, including removal of existing, delivery and installation of new MDF door 80/200 cm with frame (20 units), replacement of single electrical switches for concealed installation, including removal of existing, delivery and installation of new (10 units), replacement of ceiling lights, including removal of existing, delivery and installation of new (14 units), manual loading of construction waste (9.00 m³), transportation of construction waste (9.00 m³).
