Dynamic Purchasing System for the Hiring of External Personnel

Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the hiring of external personnel: The system addresses temporary capacity needs (e.g., sickness replacement, temporary projects, peak workloads) and includes segments as specified in the tender documents. Processing is conducted via the digital portal of Flextender. Interested companies, agencies, and intermediaries can register once free of charge via www.flextender.nl. Continuous registration of new companies is possible throughout the entire duration of the DPS. Admitted parties receive specific requests for proposals (mini-competitions). The Province of Utrecht expects to place approximately 200 to 225 assignments annually through this DPS; no rights or revenue guarantees can be derived from these figures and the estimated value.
