Internet Connectivity Services and Migration for CM-MC Offices
Provision, delivery, implementation, management, and support of redundant internet connectivity for approximately twenty large CM-MC offices. Each site requires at least one primary physical connection (e.g., fiber optic, DSL, coaxial) with a minimum of 1,000 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload, a wireless backup connection (at least 4G/5G) with automatic failover, and a secondary wired and/or wireless connection. The connections must be sufficiently separated technically and operationally. The solution also includes necessary network hardware, particularly independent CPEs for primary and secondary lines, as well as services for configuration, installation, activation, monitoring, support, reporting, documentation, transition, and migration.
