Inventory System for Administrative Bodies

Inventory system: delivery, installation, implementation, training, and maintenance of an integrated system for inventory and management of tangible assets, based on UHF RFID technology, consisting of hardware and software components for administrative bodies according to detailed specifications in Appendix 1 of the tender documents. The scope of services includes: Inventory Software System (estimated quantity 357,000 licenses) including delivery, installation, licensing of the latest stable version, configuration, testing, and functionality validation; UHF RFID Readers (estimated quantity 19 units) including delivery and configuration; Thermal Transfer Printers for RFID Labels (estimated quantity 15 units) including delivery, configuration, and template preparation; RFID Labels (estimated quantity 357,000 labels) printed, coded, and sorted by the contractor and/or consumables for self-printing by the respective administration (on request), as well as 39 thermal transfer ribbons; Integration with existing ERP and other administration systems (estimated total volume up to 200 person-hours) in cooperation with the contracting authority; on-site or online training for working with the system and individual components, including provision of detailed written instructions for system operation in Bulgarian; technical instructions for troubleshooting, intended for the administration's technical experts; and maintenance and warranty service. The contracting authority reserves the right, during the contract term, not to order every type of component and/or the entire estimated quantity, or, if necessary, to increase it up to the maximum contract value. Payment will be based on the unit prices of the offer. The deadline for submitting orders is 24 months from the effective date of the contract. The delivery period for hardware and/or software is 30 calendar days from the written order. The period for implementation and commissioning is up to 30 calendar days after the delivery date. The system maintenance period is 36 months from commissioning, and for the equipment 36 months from delivery. Bidders who are not manufacturers must be duly authorized by the manufacturer or its official representative for the distribution/delivery of the offered software and hardware products in Bulgaria; proof is required via an authorization letter or equivalent document, valid on the tender submission date.
