Investment Project for Water Supply Network Construction in Lyubimets

Preparation of an investment project in the "technical project" phase for the construction of sections of the water supply network and building connections in Lyubimets. This includes two sub-objects: Ivaylovgradska Street (200 linear meters) and Lokalno platno on Odrin Boulevard (650 linear meters). The project is to be prepared in accordance with Regulation No. 4 of 21.05.2001 and other relevant legislation, including necessary working details. The investment design must include at least the following parts: Geodesy and Tracing Plan, Water and Sewerage, Road, Fire Safety and Protection, Fire Safety, Construction Waste Management Plan, Temporary Traffic Organization and Safety, Design and Cost Documentation, Detailed Urban Plan – Specialized Plan Scheme for Technical Infrastructure. The total approximate length of the street network is 850 linear meters. Approval by operating companies and other authorities according to the Spatial Planning Act is required.
