Investment Project and Construction Supervision for Water Supply Network Reconstruction in Topolchane

Investment project and construction supervision: Development of an investment project in the "Working Design" phase and exercise of author's supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for the reconstruction of the internal water supply network of Topolchane village, Sliven municipality. The project includes the reconstruction of the internal water supply network, all associated facilities, building water connections (SVO), and fire hydrants (PH), in accordance with Ordinance No. 2/22.03.2005 and Ordinance No. Iз -1971 from 29.10.2009. Author's supervision is to be exercised during construction, as per Art. 162 of the ZUT. The investment project in the "Working Design" phase comprises the following independent parts: "Water Supply - Technological", "Geodesy - Layout Plan", "Structural for Water and Sewerage Facilities", "Road", "Temporary Traffic Safety Organization", "Fire Safety", "Construction Waste Management Project" (PUSO), "Health and Safety Project" (PBZ), and Cost Documentation, with scope and content as per Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001.
