Complex project for an investment initiative and author's supervision: Preparation of a complex project according to Art. 150 of the Spatial Planning Act, including a detailed development plan (PUP-PRZ) and a technical project for the construction of a boxing training hall in UPI VI, block 653, Mladost quarter, Sliven. This includes a detailed development plan for UPI VI, block 653, designated for sport, with cadastral ID 67338.561.149, as an annex to the approved regulation plan (Order No. RD 15-438/09.03.2021), and a technical investment project for the main development – a sports hall for boxing with stands, necessary outdoor areas, and parking spaces. Additionally, author's supervision will be exercised during the construction phase.
