Investor supervision for construction and conservation works at Warmian Chapter Castle in Olsztyn
Comprehensive investor supervision service for construction works, conservation works, and associated works within the project "Modern museum in historic walls – increasing the tourist attractiveness of the Warmian Chapter Castle in Olsztyn – a historical monument testifying to the activity of Nicolaus Copernicus". The construction works are carried out under a construction contract with a lump-sum remuneration for construction works and a cost-estimate remuneration for conservation works of polychrome plasters. The project is implemented in a "build" system and requires ongoing interdisciplinary coordination despite being divided into lots. Excluded from personal performance are the maintenance of a subcontractor register, electronic archiving, and preparation of documents for EU project settlements.
