IPA Coaching for Extension Building of Operating Theatres at University Hospital Aachen

IPA Coaching for the extension building of operating theatres (EOP) at the University Hospital Aachen AöR: methodical, procedural, and culture-related project support within the framework of integrated project delivery (IPA) based on a multi-party contract. The coach acts as a neutral impulse generator between project participants (client, planners, executing companies, users) through moderation, coaching, and structural work to maintain collaborative IPA principles across all project phases, including realization and commissioning. Tasks include supporting and moderating project steering and decision-making bodies (e.g., PMT, SMT), fostering collaborative cooperation and project culture (e.g., through workshops, individual coaching, feedback formats), early conflict detection and moderation, structuring and moderating lessons learned, and supporting the application of Lean methods (e.g., Last Planner, cooperation barometer, target costing). The service is awarded as a service under a phased call-off contract. The estimated support requirement is 375 days (based on 8h), with the maximum quantity of the framework agreement covering a call-off contingent of up to 750 person-days over the contract term.
