IT Delivery Manager services for the project „Development of the National Information System for Nature Protection (ISOP)“: continuous provision as a substantive guarantor in cooperation with the internal project team. Management of changes in ISOP, coordination between expert agenda guarantors, internal teams, and IT suppliers, coordination of IT requirements from other departments, project breakdown into individual contracts, and preparation of technical specifications for tenders for ISOP parts. Evaluation of alternatives, preparation of decision-making documents, prioritization of changes, ensuring delivery and communication with stakeholders, coordination of IT service providers, acceptance and control of contract and order fulfillment, quality assurance of project outputs, resolution of quality complaints, definition of SLA, service, and development models, and the transition of solutions and changes to production.
