Delivery of IT hardware components for video conferencing systems in meeting rooms: Framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of components for various room sizes (small, medium, large) at the Berlin, Bonn, and Cottbus locations. Approximately 14 units of collaborative touch displays 65 inch, 26 units of collaborative touch displays 75 inch, 19 units of collaborative touch displays 86 inch, 64 units of PC modules for seamless integration into the main display (min. Intel Core i7, min. 16 GB RAM, min. 256 GB SSD), 61 units of electrically height-adjustable systems for displays min. 65 inch/75 inch/85 inch, 99 units of all-in-one video conferencing devices, 25 units of USB transmitters for screen content (connection type USB-A or USB-C, Plug & Play), 64 units of input devices (Plug & Play) consisting of keyboard and mouse. The framework agreement duration is 4 years; the duration for individual orders is agreed upon in the respective individual order. Order execution (delivery) is immediate, at the latest within 30 days after receipt of the individual order. The offer must include: FB 633 EU (offer letter), B4_Leistungsbeschreibung mit Preisblatt Konferenztechnik, FB 124_LD (self-declaration of suitability for supply/services), RUS_Eigenerklärung zur Verordnung_EU_2022-576, FB 234 (declaration of bidder/consortium) if applicable, FB 235 (list of services/capacities of other companies) if applicable. Upon separate request from the contracting authority, FB 236 (commitment declaration of other companies) must be submitted if applicable.
