IT System for Dynamic and Static Passenger Information

Delivery of a Central Passenger Information System (cSIP) for Warsaw Public Transport (WTP): comprising a central application for publishing timetable data (GTFS/NeTEx), propagating passenger content, and supervising e-ink displays; an application component for modeling vehicle departure predictions from WTP stops and displaying them on e-ink displays, as well as publishing vehicle location data (GTFS-RT/SIRI). The system provides access to timetables and routes, information on delays, changes, or failures, dynamic and static stop information (offline and online), updates of stop information for line changes, updates of timetables, and the presentation of additional information (notifications, warnings) on ZTM displays at all or selected stops. This includes maintenance of the delivered software and provision of support and warranty services for 60 months after software acceptance. A Project Manager must be permanently employed for the entire project duration; further details as per Annex 1 to the Agreement and Annex 1 to the SWZ.
