Cable TV and broadband services for rental apartments of Kankaanpään Asunnonhankinta Oy: 522 rental apartments in 20 locations in Kankaanpää and 113 rental apartments in 10 locations in Honkajoki, with service commencement on 1.10.2026. Services are delivered primarily via a fiber optic connection from Pohjois-Satakunnan seutuverkko to the building's distribution point, and from there via the building's internal network to the apartments. The interface is the building's distribution point; the service provider is responsible for functionality up to this point. The housing company is responsible for the operation and maintenance of its own internal network. The monthly fee for cable television includes over 15 free basic channels, including freely receivable national HD TV channels in Finland. Residents can purchase pay-TV packages and are responsible for acquiring the necessary digital receiver. The monthly fee for the broadband service includes the same cable TV service.
