Cable Supply and Installation Services for Test Stands PST7 and PST8

Cable supply and installation services for the test stand infrastructure PST7 and PST8 at Fraunhofer IGP in Rostock-Warnemünde: professional electrical connection of new components such as a generator set, 2 load banks, and an ammonia evaporator. The service is divided into 3 work packages: 1. Grid-side connection of a 2 MW load bank to test stand 8, including delivery of a circuit breaker panel, cabling from frequency converter (FC) cabinets to the circuit breaker panel and to the load bank, power supply to the frequency converter from the main distribution panel, establishment of the connection between FC and 4-quadrant brake using 8 existing cables (3x150/150k A, approx. 15 m each), and supply and installation of the necessary cables. 2. Connection of a 5 MW load bank to a generator set on test stand 7, including supply of a low-voltage switchgear for safe disconnection of the load bank, electrical connection from the generator set to the low-voltage switchgear and on to the load bank, and installation of the necessary cables. 3. Electrical supply to the existing supply infrastructure (NH₃ evaporator), including installation of the necessary cables. Site visits are possible on weekdays at 10:00 a.m. by prior appointment.
