Supply of a Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) device with panoramic and lateral skull imaging for the Länsi-Pohja Hospital imaging unit: The device must form a functional unit and be suitable for head region CBCT examinations in a central hospital, including imaging of adult and children's teeth, individual teeth, temporomandibular joints, facial bones, and sinuses, determination of airway volume, as well as panoramic and lateral skull imaging. The skull imaging area must extend from the tip of the jaw to the upper parts of the frontal sinuses in one rotation. The device must also be suitable for imaging ill and anxious patients. High image quality to dose ratio, patient and employee ergonomics, usability, and durability are expected. Comprehensive commissioning training and a functional maintenance organization are required. Patient data (images) must be integrable with the Lapland wellbeing services county's ESKO patient information system (Neagen) and meet the data security and protection requirements.
