Local construction supervision for electrical engineering for the KETA Modernization KE17 project: Renewal of low-voltage switchgear including associated control and automation technology (delivery, ready-for-operation assembly, connection, commissioning, testing, inspection, documentation), successive conversion and commissioning; renewal of the emergency stop system, UPS system, reactive power compensation system, gas warning system, and DC distribution system; installation of new cable support systems; cable pulling and connection work indoors and outdoors, including necessary building penetrations; connection of new power cables, data lines, control lines; renewal of local control stations; modernization of valve motors and selected pump motors; installation of new indoor and outdoor lighting, expansion of safety lighting in the new control room; general electrical installation work in the new control room; upgrading of lightning protection and earthing system, plus potential equalization; spatial relocation of the fire alarm control panel and expansion with components for partial superstructure; implementation of a cooling system (recirculating air cooling) in the new control room; consideration of all related fire protection requirements (desirable); dismantling of decommissioned existing electrical systems and cables; conversion and repurposing of existing changing rooms and sanitary facilities for the expansion of the gas extinguishing system (electrical installation only here); connection and commissioning of the spatially relocated ventilation systems LN21, LN22 (HVAC technology).
