Development, implementation, and operation of an AI Assistant (chatbot) for the IS RŽP Portal: The assistant will automatically answer queries from the public and internal users, based on publicly available text documents. The service includes the design and implementation of the technical solution according to best practices for AI systems, with an emphasis on security, transparency, and sustainability. Furthermore, it includes the provision of necessary infrastructure for service management and operation, the creation of documentation and user manuals, administrator training, and the operation, technical support, and optimization for a period of three years after accepted production deployment. Technical support covers regular updates, fixes, and minor improvements to maintain the AI Assistant's functionality and security.
