AI Development Services

AI development services: Requirements analysis, development and integration of AI models, and safeguarding regulatory requirements. Provision of personnel in Junior, Senior, and Manager roles for Business Analysts (technical conception, requirements analysis for AI systems, process design), AI Developers (technical implementation, connection of external AI services/APIs, integration of generative AI such as LLMs, process automation), AI Architects (conception of AI system architectures, technology selection, infrastructure integration), AI Testers (quality assurance, test automation for AI-supported systems), and GRC Risk & Compliance Managers (AI risk analyses and assessments according to EU AI Act, conformity assessments, data protection audits). Estimated, non-binding contract volume of 56,400 person-days over a four-year total term, capped at 150% of the awarded total contract value. Services provided under a modified EVB-IT framework agreement via individual call-offs. Required are a knowledge management and qualification concept, German language skills (C1) and English language skills (B2) for personnel, willingness for security clearance Level Ü2 (§ 9 SÜG) and commitment according to VerpflG. Services can be provided remotely within Germany or on-site at govdigital members' locations nationwide.
