Combined Vaccine (DTaP-IPV) against Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, and Poliomyelitis for Mandatory Vaccinations
Delivery of combined vaccines (DTaP-IPV) against diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, and inactivated poliomyelitis for mandatory vaccinations of children aged 6: a total of 60,000 doses, with the possibility of reducing the purchase by up to 20% per lot. A valid marketing authorization for the medicinal product is required, issued by the Polish Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products or by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission, valid on the date of offer submission and for the entire performance period. In case of expiration, an application for extension or a new authorization must be submitted. Documents in a foreign language must be submitted with a Polish translation.
