Rotavirus Vaccine for Mandatory Vaccinations

Delivery of Rotavirus vaccine for mandatory vaccinations: total quantity 62,000 schemes. The purchase quantity can be reduced by up to 20% per part. A valid marketing authorization for the medicinal product in Poland, issued by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, or a valid authorization from the European Commission or the Council of the European Union, is required. The authorization must be valid and current on the day of offer submission and cover the entire period of contract execution. If the validity expires, proof of the application for extension or a new valid authorization must be submitted. The contracting authority must be informed of any transfer of rights and obligations of the marketing authorization holder. Foreign language documents must be submitted with a Polish translation.
