Comprehensive Organization of 50 Events, Divided into 2 Parts
Organization of events: comprehensive realization, design, preparation, equipping, organization, and service of mobile educational and informational stands for the Naukowa i Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy (NASK-PIB) at regional outdoor events related to agricultural tradition, for the promotion of cyber prevention and cybersecurity. Services include developing a list of event locations and schedules, planning and coordination, stand organization, production and delivery of promotional items, personnel provision, training sessions, transport, assembly and disassembly, reporting and photographic documentation, and option services. The project covers 8 voivodeships and includes a maximum of 50 events (maximum 25 per part, minimum 10 per part). Execution is within up to 2 months, no earlier than August 15, 2026, and no later than September 30, 2026, primarily on weekends. No ICT products, services, or processes with a negative impact on state security or from high-risk suppliers may be used.
