Pomorska 251, as part of the project 'Development and Modernization of the Specialist Outpatient Clinic Team CKD at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź'. The place of execution is Building A-2 of the Independent Public Health Care Facility Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź, ul. Pomorska 251, 92-213 Łódź.
