Also included is the handling of hazardous linen (infectious, cytostatic-contaminated, etc.), logistical provision for the distribution of clean and dirty linen, including quantitative supply, and all related activities such as quality assurance, establishment of quality control systems, loss prevention, ordering and reporting of deliveries, all at agreed delivery times to the contracting authority's specified delivery locations.
