Concession for equipping and operating a bouldering center in the Turnov 2 sports hall

Operation of a bouldering center: long-term operation of a publicly accessible bouldering center in the new Turnov 2 sports hall, with an estimated floor area of approximately 600 m² and a climbing wall area of approximately 900 m². The operator equips the center, operates it at their own expense and risk, collects entrance fees and service charges, and pays rent, energy, and utilities to the contracting authority. The contracting authority provides bouldering walls, landing mats, structural and technical components, fully equipped changing rooms, showers, and toilets, as well as fixed installations and technical building equipment. The operator procures and maintains at their own expense holds and volumes/structures, fastening material, tools for route setting, warm-up area equipment, rental equipment (including climbing shoes), reception furniture and equipment, an entry, payment, and reservation system (including season tickets), small operational, safety, control, and service equipment, and cleaning and hygiene equipment and operational signage.
