Consecutive and written translation services for the strategic project FLAMESHIELD "Increasing capacity for prevention and response in case of disasters in the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Turkey", funded by the INTERREG VI-A Bulgaria-Turkey 2021-2027 Program: Consecutive interpretation from Bulgarian to Turkish and back, and from Bulgarian to English and back, for a total of 125 astronomical hours, distributed as follows: three-day event (total 12 hours: first day official project opening 3 hours; first meeting of the joint management team over two days: first day 6 hours, second day 3 hours); joint meetings for developing standard operating procedures (3 units, total 33 hours: for each meeting, two interpreters, 11 hours: first day 5 hours, second and third day each 3 hours); two-day meeting for developing training materials (1 unit, total 11 hours: first day 6 hours, second day 5 hours); three-day training sessions for volunteers and professionals (2 units of 24 hours each, total 48 hours: first day each 6 hours, second and third day each 3 hours); two-day meeting for planning and preparing a joint field exercise (1 unit, total 12 hours); joint field exercise (1 unit, total 6 hours); final press conference (1 unit, total 3 hours). Written translation of joint procedures and rapid response plans: from Bulgarian to English and back 150 pages; from Bulgarian to Turkish and back 150 pages.
