Activated Prothrombin Complex Concentrate (aPCC) for Regional Blood Donation Centers and Patient Homes

Delivery of Activated Prothrombin Complex Concentrate (aPCC): a total of 3,000,000 units (j.m.) to ensure continuous treatment for patients with hemophilia A and B complicated by inhibitors, and acquired/congenital hemophilia A. Delivery is to Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (RCKiK) and partly to patient homes. The concentrate must meet availability category Rp or Rpz and will be supplied with an administration set or infusion set for vascular ports. The purchase is part of the 'National Program for the Treatment of Patients with Hemophilia and Related Hemorrhagic Diatheses for 2024-2028'. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase quantity by up to 20% or cancel the order if funding is not received or the program changes. The exact recipients will be communicated after contract signing. The entire scope of the order must be executed according to the requirements of the tender documents and contract provisions.
