Delivery of Factor XIII coagulation factor concentrate: a total of 120,000 units, to ensure continuity of treatment for patients with Factor XIII deficiency. The concentrate must be supplied with an administration set. Delivery is to Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers and/or other entities designated by the National Blood Center, as part of the "National Program for the Treatment of Patients with Hemophilia and Related Bleeding Disorders for 2024-2028". The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase quantity by up to 20%.
