Design, Construction, and Operation of a Data Center at Marché International de Rungis

Concession for the design, construction, and operation of a data center: The data center will occupy a parcel of 25,000 m² with a constructibility of 11,500 m² SDP. A fauna-flora study was initiated in early 2026, with conclusions expected in early 2027. It is dimensioned for up to 55 MW electrical power and will integrate the valorization of waste heat into the SEMMARIS heat network. The land will be made available until 31/12/2068. The concession duration is justified by the very high level of investments. The concessionaire will pay an entry fee, which includes €29.113 M for the electrical connection (RTE) plus an amount proposed by the bidder, as well as a fixed occupation fee and a complementary remuneration to be proposed by the bidder. The site can accommodate Artificial Intelligence and/or Cloud hosting solutions.
