Operation and development of Toulouse-Lasbordes Aerodrome in Balma: The concessionaire assumes independent responsibility for the operation and development of the aerodrome for general civil aviation, including user reception, stakeholder management, infrastructure maintenance, management and valorization of land areas. Necessary investments for site security, sustainability, and development are to be made, and environmentally friendly activity promotion and development actions are to be implemented. Air traffic control is excluded. The contract duration is 8 or 23 years, depending on the financial participation in future investments and the proposed land use scheme.
