Concession for connecting fire alarm systems to the IRLS
Concession for the operation and technical support of an alarm transmission system (ATS) for fire alarm systems: Establishment of a uniform, modern, highly available, and fault-tolerant infrastructure for alarm reception within the jurisdiction of the Integrated Regional Control Center Unterweser-Elbe (IRLS) for the districts of Osterholz, Cuxhaven, and the city of Bremerhaven. The concessionaire receives the exclusive right to erect, maintain, and operate a public ATS for fire alarms and to connect participants (Variant 1). Approved installers must be given the opportunity to connect and operate their technology with the ATS (Variants 2 and 3, each according to System Overview Annex 1). The concession is granted for the duration of the contract term.
