Concession for the management of the mountain domain and the operation of ski lifts and complementary activities in Thollon-les-Mémises: Winter activities include the management, operation, maintenance, and investment for all ski lifts (including major inspections and revisions), maintenance, operation, and investment for artificial snow installations, the development and materialization of recreational areas for beginners and families as well as snowparks, the development, tracing, maintenance, marking, and grooming of 6 km of cross-country ski trails (accessible from the Mémises gondola), and the maintenance and management of the Les Mémises restaurant (at the gondola top station), with an option for sub-delegation. Summer activities involve the development and operation of compatible activities, including offers for pedestrians using the ski lifts, the management and maintenance of structures used for these activities, and the development and maintenance of thematic hiking and mountain biking trails within the conceded municipal area.
